Unfortunately, our testing has identified an issue with the planned Monitoring Insights database migration and we have had to postpone the change for a few weeks.

We will send an updated communication as soon as a new date has been determined.

As previously communicated we will be performing a migration of the Monitoring Insights databases from our data centre to our cloud provider, AWS on Tuesday 27th September.

During this change window we will migrate the following databases:

• Authentication database
• Test results and configuration databases

On the day itself, you may find that the latest test results won’t be visible on the Monitoring Portal and Interactive Dashboard for a brief period of time (up to 10 minutes). Push and Webhook notifications will be also delayed for up to 10 minutes during each Test results database migration (4 times during the maintenance window).

Please note that all testing will continue uninterrupted in the background and alerts will be sent as usual.

This maintenance notification will be updated with our progress throughout the course of the change window. If you experience any problems please contact Customer Support.
