RCI v1 decomissioning Jan 10, 10:30-14:30 GMT
As previously communicated we will begin the process of decommissioning our legacy Real Customer Insights (RCI) service.

In this maintenance window we will disable Portal access, beacon processing and real time insight notifications. At this point, we would advise you to remove our beacon tags from your website code.

We will continue to serve javascript snippets until Feb 28th 2022 to avoid broken objects on your website.

To confirm, our newer version of RCI, which is under active development, will remain and if you have not already transferred to that service, please do ask your Account Manager for details.
