Identified - This issue started at 01:00am on Sunday the 24th of May, where all outbound VPN traffic from our two servers in Shanghai was stopped by the Chinese government. We are in the process of trying to find a way to resolve this permanently. Updates to this issue will be made as news becomes available. Please note that all other International Monitoring nodes are nominal, so the service in general is in good shape. Please accept our apologies for this issue if you are directly affected by this admittedly contrived outage.

Scheduled - We will be performing an Agent 10 Canary deployment to the Test Servers in the range from 21100 to 21110 on the Monitoring Insights platform with the updated Chrome version 81. Currently, there is a known issue with this release; full-size screenshot functionality is not available but will instead capture the visible viewport. We are working to restore this capability in the near future.

During the maintenance window the Test Servers will be closely monitored. It is not expected to affect testing on Agent 7, Agent 8 or Agent 9. Once our testing has concluded the deployment will be reverted.

This change is to fail carrier 6 to carrier 3, leaving testing active on all site 1 carriers (carriers 1,2, and 3.) After the carrier failover, mailrelay2 and mailrelay4 in site 2 will undergo an openSSL upgrade to enable TLS 1.2.
