This maintenance is complete. Failover from carrier 6 to carrier 3 is done, and sanity checks have been run.

TLS 1.2 has been enabled on mailrelay2 and mailrelay4 in site 2.

Carrier 6 to carrier 3 failover followed by mailrelay2 and mailrelay4 openSSL upgrade.

This change is to fail carrier 6 to carrier 3, leaving testing active on all site 1 carriers (carriers 1,2, and 3.) After the carrier failover, mailrelay2 and mailrelay4 in site 2 will undergo an openSSL upgrade to enable TLS 1.2.

No customer impact is expected.
